Hiker’s cabin

If you are travelling and are looking for a unique but simple accommodation, rent our hikers’ hut in the stable, where the cows used to sleep. Part of the stable has been converted into a hikers’ hut, with a sanitary facility right next door.

The cabin is functionally furnished and you have about 30 m², for up to 4 people. It is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs, kitchenette, small fridge, an infrared heater, a double bed and a bunk bed. There are mattresses on the beds, but you need to provide your own bed linen. There is a garden set outside the cabin and garden sofas in the garden for your use. Please leave the cabin clean on departure.

If you would like to use our breakfast service, please indicate this when booking.

The hiker’s hut can only be booked in the summer season from 1 May to September.

Price

€ 45,00 per night (minimum 2 nights)

Bed linen and towels can be added if required for € 4.00 per set, likewise breakfast for € 8.00 per person.

The price does not include € 1.75 Kurtaxe contribution per person per night. (from 16 years of age) For this you get a Sauerland card that allows free use of public transport and discounts on various attractions.

Our farm is located in an authentic farming village in the heart of Hochsauerland, Grönebach.

Teahouse

Take a break during or after a nice bike ride, lovely walk, you are on the road by car or motorbike.

Schnitzelhaus

If you don`t want to leave in the evening, you can enjoy a Schnitzel or Hamburger with us.
